- Evaluate the role of ARFGAP-6 in breast cancer metastasis using model bioluminescence imaging of luciferase-transduced MDA-MB-231 cells in SCID mice along with gross (e.g., necrosis, angiogenesis, etc.) and molecular (i.e., expression of MMPs, etc.) examination of metastatic tumors
- Determine whether ARFGAP-6 protein expression is high in metastatic breast cancer using tissue array from NCI
