Contribution of Gonadotropins and Receptors to the Development of Ovarian Cancer

Aims of Project:

  • To determine the effects of the activating mutation on the tumorigenic properties of the human IOSE-398 cell line
  • To determine the gene expression changes associated with gonadotropin stimulation of ovarian surface epithelium
