TMS1 Silencing in Breast Tumor Progression

Aims of Project:

  • To determine the impact of TMS1 silencing on detachment-induced apoptosis (anoikis) in breast epithelial cells
  • To determine the impact of TMS1 silencing on the formation and maintenance of normal luminal architecture in 30dimensional breast epithelial cultures
