Title of Project:
Role of IDO in Ovarian Carcinoma

Aims of Project:

  • To test the hypothesis that murine ovarian carcinoma model recruits IDO expressing dendritic cells that induce immunological tolerance
  • To test the prediction that the combination of IDO inhibitor drugs with conventional chemotherapy will result in synergic growth arrest
