Title of Project:
Functional Consequences of UBE1L Deletions in the Pathogenisis of Lung Cancer

Aims of Project:

  • To test the hypothesis that lung cancer cells that lack UBE1L expression will be unable to conjugate ISG15 to cellular proteins
  • To test the expression of UBE1L in a vector on lung cancer cells
