Peptide targeted inhibition of EphA2 in ovarian cancer

Aims of Project:

  • Determine the effect peptide targeting to EphA2 on EphA2/Ephrin-A1 mediated signaling pathways
  • Determine the antiangiogenic and antitumor efficacy of peptide targeting to EphA2 in xenograft models of ovarian cancer
