Research Interests:
- Molecular therapeutic and prognostic approaches to tobacco-related cancers
- Identify specific pathways for better molecular, prognostic, and chemopreventive approaches
- Improve the standard of care for patients rendered free of their primary tumor, but who are at a lifetime risk of developing second primary tumors
- Working to develop a molecular prognostic model to predict who is likely to suffer a relapse, develop a second primary cancer, and who will not need adjuvant or chemopreventive therapy
- Advance individualized care of patients with tobacco related cancers
