Title of Project:
Fertility Preservation for Young Cancer Patients

Aims of Project:

  • To test the hypothesis that interior and exterior sugars preserve oocytes
  • To test the hypothesis that a sugar-based freezing medium minimizes various types of cell injury
  • To establish an optimal thermodynamic pathway for cryopreservation procedure
