Title of Project:
The Molecular Mechanism for bradykinin regulation of survivin in metastatic PCa cells.

Aims of Project:

To provide a firm basis for the rational design of novel drugs treating PCa bone metastasis.
To evaluate the in vivo efficacy of BKM1740 for preventing metastasis and retarding PCa growth in bone.
To deliver BKM1740 as nanoparticles to improve specific targeting.
