Title of Project:
Unconventional Myosin 16b as a Candidate Tumor Suppressor

Aims of Project:

  • To test the hypothesis that an additional Myo16b isoform is present at varying levels in multiple tissues
  • To examine the expression of Myo16b in normal ovarian tissue and in multiple ovarian tumor cell lines
